Refund Policy

At Ohmalo.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer refunds and exchanges under the following conditions.

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

  • Final sale items (marked "non-returnable") cannot be refunded

How to Return:

  1. Contact our customer service at service@ohmalo.com to initiate a return

  2. Pack items securely in original packaging

  3. Ship returns to our warehouse (address will be provided)

  4. Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Refund Method:

  • Original payment method will be credited

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

We currently offer size/color exchanges for most items:

  1. Email service@ohmalo.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Specify your preferred replacement item

  3. We'll provide return instructions and ship your new item once we receive the original

  4. Customer covers return shipping for exchanges

Note: If the replacement item costs more, you'll need to pay the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@ohmalo.com

  2. Include photos showing the damage/defect

  3. We'll either:

    • Send a replacement immediately (if available)

    • Issue a full refund including shipping costs

    • Provide a return label for defective items

Important Notes

  • Processing time for returns: 3-7 business days after we receive your package

  • International returns may take longer to process

  • We recommend using trackable shipping for returns

  • Sale items may have different return policies (see product page)
